Introductory classes in the art of Norwegian Rosemaling begin on January 26. Instructor and Scandinavian folk art painter Carol Bender presents this beautiful decorative folk art of Norway in classes on six consecutive Tuesdays: January 26, February 2, 9, 16, 23, & March 3. Choose one of the two class-time options:

• 12:30pm - 3:00pm or
• 6:30pm - 9:00pm.

Learn the history, woodenware preparation, pattern use, basic brush strokes and the special "norwegian" faux finishes. This class will be done in acrylics. Discover how fun it is to work along side other decorative painting enthusiasts in an atmosphere of mutual friendship and interests.

Cost for the six classes ($95) includes project, brushes, paints and handouts. Register by Friday, January 22 (extended 2 days).
